Bean bag chairs are large items and the cost to ship them is high. When you order a bean bag chair the shipping cost is included in the price of the chair. If you want to return the beanbag chair, you are responsible for the return costs which can be substantial. We want to avoid this situation which is why we really want you to be sure about your decision ahead of time. If you are at all uncertain please give us a call.
Not Satisfied?
If you are not satisfied with your bean bag chair purchase we are happy to take it back in as new condition.
If you want to return the chair you will be responsible for all shipping costs and a $15.00 restocking fee.
If it happens that you change your mind after placing an order and the bean bag chair has already shipped, you will be responsible for all shipping charges as well as a $15.00 restocking fee. This is expensive and we want to help you avoid these extra costs.

We will provide you with a Return Authorization Code and give you the correct return address. All shipping charges are covered if you have received a damaged bean bag chair.
Warranty Information:
Some of our bean bag chairs are covered by the manufacturers' warranties.
Jaxx Sacs & Loungers:
The warranties are extended to the original purchaser and covers defects in material and workmanship for three years from the date of purchase. The manufacturer will repair or replace the product or components at their discretion. The warranty does not cover products that have been damaged as a result of abuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear. Should any product that you purchase from us ever require warranty service please contact us for return instructions.
