Bean bag chairs are large items and the cost to ship them is high.  When you order a bean bag chair the shipping cost is included in the price of the chair.  If you want to return the beanbag chair, you are responsible for the return costs which can be substantial.  We want to avoid this situation which is why we really want you to be sure about your decision ahead of time.  If you are at all uncertain please give us a call.

Not Satisfied? 

If you are not satisfied with your bean bag chair purchase we will be happy to take it back in as new condition.

If you decide to exchange your chair for another, all costs will be covered.

If you want to return the chair you will be responsible for the return shipping cost and a restocking fee of $15.00.

If it happens that you change your mind after placing an order and the bean bag chair has already shipped, you will be responsible for all shipping charges as well as a $15.00 restocking fee. This is expensive and we want to help you avoid these extra costs.

Damaged Bean Bag Chair? 

It does not happen often but sometimes you receive a bean bag chair with a flaw.  If this happens to you please call 866-302-7318 or email info@jazzybeanbagchairs.com.  We will provide you with a Return Authorization Code and give you the correct return address.  All shipping charges are covered if you have received a damaged bean bag chair.
