Is it safe for me to use my credit card when I order?
Yes, we have a completely secure merchant account system that automatically checks your credit card number and deposits the money into our bank account without anyone even seeing your credit card number or information. So it's completely secure.

How will my product be shipped?
All orders will be shipped via UPS Ground or Fedex.

What is the cost of shipping?
Bean Bag Chairs are large items and are expensive to ship.  For your convenience all shipping costs are included in the price you see.  No additional charges will be added.

How long will it take to receive my order?
5-10 business days after you place you order for the majority of the bean bag chairs. Foof Chairs take 10-15 busines days. During the busy Christmas season, shipments often take longer.

Do you ship outside the US?
Yes, most products ship to Canada, but shipping charges will apply and due to the size of the product it is expensive. Shipping charges generally range between $50 - $150 for shipments to Canada. Please email info@jazzybeanbagchairs.com or call 1-866-302-7318, provide your postal code and a shipping estimate will be provided.

Can I pay by money order?
Yes.  Once the money order is received your product will be shipped to you.

Do you offer customization of your bean bag chairs?
Yes, on some of the styles.  Specific team or corporate logos can be done for bulk orders. 

Do you offer bulk orders?
Yes.  Please phone 1-866-302-7318 to place your order as we offer discounts and special shipping rates for bulk orders.

Can you ship my bean bag chair within 1 or 2 days?
Yes, it is possible to ship bean bag chairs immediately but it is prohibitively expensive. If you need to get a bean bag chair immediately, we will accommodate you the best we can.
